The set features several details inspired by the historical streets of Kyoto:

Restaurant:
Ground floor: sushi restaurant with entry area, main kitchen, preparation room, chef’s counter, storage room, kakejiku scroll, maneki-neko.

First floor: tearoom with tea ceremony utensils, zabuton, two balconies, ikebana flower arrangement.
Second floor: living space with bonsai, futon, ofuro, koto, shamisen, uchiwa, tansu.
Vintage Japanese tram with two railroad modules.
Yatai (food stall), Japanese garden (bamboo, koi fish pond, red crown crane, pergola, sakura, ishi-doro), Irori (fire pit), vending machine.

14 minifigures: Owners (Sato, Fumiko), chefs (Akira, Naomi), Yatai owner (Takumi), tram operator (Hirayama), crossing guard (Natsuki), clients (Minori, Mei, Sakura, Koichi, Yusuke, Mimiko, Yuki), one baby, animals (four cats, three printed koi fish tiles, ladybug, red crow crane, fish, bird, crab, rat).

Special features:
The set can be divided into four parts, allowing multiple layout configurations:compact building / corner diorama / skyline (shelf friendly display) / immersive street (book nook display).
Extra features: openable entrance wall for easier access / shoji with sliding doors / removable irori and tram roof.
Tram features: possibility to motorize (needs extra pieces not included in the set).
